Executive Summary

Client: Dare Network
Industry: Performance Marketing Agency

Dare Network manages more than 30 Meta advertising accounts with a mix of prepaid balances and credit arrangements. Manually checking every account each morning took valuable performance-marketing time, while a missed low-balance account could stop campaigns and interrupt client revenue.

TEKMO AI built an automated financial-health monitor that checks every account daily, identifies genuine risk and alerts the responsible team in Slack before spend is interrupted.

The Challenge

Meta's account data is not uniform across billing types. Prepaid and postpaid accounts expose different financial fields, so a simple balance check could not reliably identify risk. The team had to inspect accounts manually, interpret each billing setup and decide which clients required action.

This created two operational problems:

  • Approximately 45 minutes were spent every morning checking accounts rather than optimizing campaigns.
  • Exhausted balances or credit limits could be noticed only after campaigns stopped, exposing clients to lost delivery and revenue.

Sending every account update to Slack would create alert fatigue, so the system also needed to distinguish actionable risk from normal account activity.

The Solution

TEKMO AI developed an n8n workflow that retrieves account data from the Meta Graph API, normalizes prepaid and postpaid responses in JavaScript and evaluates each account against clear risk rules.

Only accounts that need attention continue to the alert stage. This gives the performance team a concise morning exception report instead of another dashboard to monitor.

How It Works

  1. A scheduled trigger starts the audit each morning.
  2. The Meta Graph API returns balance, credit and account-status data for each managed account.
  3. A custom JavaScript parser converts different billing structures into one consistent financial record.
  4. Threshold logic flags balances below ₹10,000 and separately identifies disabled accounts.
  5. Slack receives a formatted alert containing the account and the information required for action.

Business Results

  • 45 minutes saved every morning by removing manual account-by-account checks.
  • 30+ client ad accounts monitored through one repeatable process.
  • Low balances and disabled accounts are surfaced before they become hidden campaign-delivery issues.
  • Targeted alerts prevent notification fatigue by showing the team only accounts that require action.

The workflow shifts balance monitoring from reactive firefighting to proactive revenue protection.
